Harvey Nichols comes back yet again to woo the Hong Kong fashion shoppers!
After a 3-months’s revamping, the UK-based fashion retailer has come out with a new-look store that occupies just half the space of the original store – 42,000 square feet to be precise.
The new store is located at Pacific Place shopping centre, Admirality, Hong Kong.
Interestingly, while the store size is reduced to half, the mix of products has been increased by 3-fold, much to the delight of shoppers.
The store will be a focal point of destination for click & collect orders, which Harvey Nichols hopes to increase from its current level.
Besides, the company believes this will be a major discovery experience for brands that shoppers may not have seen earlier.
And there will be more for shoppers!
Personal stylists, virtual try-on, digital lookbooks and live chats will not only help older customers move to digital shopping experience, but will also attract younger digital loving shoppers to the store.
The new store will showcase a wider pick of latest fashion brands, especially designer labels from Korea and Japan.
Notably, 300 womenswear labels and 10 menswear are now on offer. Of those, over 160 brands are exclusively available in Harvey Nichols and 20 more brands are making their Hong Kong debut.
