Guess, a global lifestyle brand, has increased its online retail footprint in India by launching its first e-commerce platform specifically for the nation. A large assortment of luggage, purses, children’s clothing, accessories, and clothing for men and women are available on the new website.
The goal of the launch is to increase the brand’s accessibility on both desktop and mobile platforms by adding an online sales channel to Guess’ current network of 21 physical stores around India. The website’s features include easy-to-use navigation, a variety of payment methods, weekday customer service from 9 am to 7 pm, and a 30-day return policy to improve the purchasing experience.
The Marciano brothers founded Guess in 1981, and it currently sells its denim and trend-driven lifestyle products all over the world. Guess Inc. runs the brand in India through Guess India Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. The company’s larger effort to increase its omni-channel footprint in the Indian market includes the new platform.
