Goller, a leading brand of CHTC FONG’S Industries, showcased its newly-designed third generation washing compartment – Sintensa Cyclone Tandem at the recently held ITME 2016 in Mumbai, India. The company claims that this new drum washer will extend washing efficiency for stretch wovens in order to reduce fabric’s running tension.
Adam Jozwik, Area Sales Director of Goller said, “From knit fabric, the trend is shifted to spandex in woven fabrics to impart various functionalities to the fabric. In keeping with this trend, our third generation drum washer is meant for washing knits and also elastic woven fabrics.”

According to the company, the washing compartment reduces the fabric tension in two ways: By optimizing fabric’s running route and by the specially-designed rotor being installed on the driven drum. The fabric’s running route has been optimized by merging it with the speed of driven rollers and driven drums. This stabilizes the fabric processing conditions in the washing compartment. On the other hand, the newly-designed rotor can rotate at different speeds. The whole process provides desired suction effect of the running fabric and thus, fabric slipping can be avoided.
Further commenting on India as an important market for the company, Jozwik said, “India is one of our best markets today. We see a lot of demand for automation, high end processing and washing solutions. And our latest offering meets the Indian industry’s requirements.”
