Premium womenswear brand Forever New has re-launched its official online store which will now service 19 more countries including Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, UK and parts of Europe.
Shoppers who go onto the website will be redirected from the brand’s Australian site from today.
The expansion of the e-commerce base comes as the brand has found success in Europe both online and in premium stockists like Debenhams, House of Fraser and Fenwick, while in the US, where it is found with the name Ever New, the brand is doing well at its own stores and concession partners.
“We are proud of Forever New’s ever-growing international presence and thrilled to be able to expand our diverse product offering to new territories via our international website,” said Carolyn Mackenzie, Managing Director, Forever New.
Earlier this year, Mackenzie had confirmed the company started a global web ‘replatform’ project in 2018. “[Our new site is] about taking Forever New to shoppers all over the world, including Turkey, Ireland, Germany and Portugal. The site will give us that true ability to become an omnichannel retailer. That’s the strength of Forever New – with a good platform, you can bring aspects like True Fit and in-store pick up or order-in-store to life and link digital and physical together.”
