Sporting apparel and goods brand, Decathlon, has recently announced the appointment of Spaniard Javier López as their new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The new appointment follows the recent leadership change at the company with Julien Leclercq being named as the Chairman of the Decathlon Group in the past month.
The newly appointed CEO has held long standing experience of 26 years in the sportswear company, with his last position at the firm being Global Chief Value Chain Officer.
