American outerwear company, The Columbia Sportswear Company announced the appointment of Tricia L. Shumavon as Prana brand president to be effective from September 2023.
Craig Zanon, SVP, emerging brands, said, “We are excited to have Tricia Shumavon join our team to lead the Prana brand. Tricia brings a wealth of experience to the job and a consumer-led mindset, which will help propel the Prana brand.”
Prior to this announcement, Tricia Shumavon served the position of global vice president of women’s, men’s, and kids sportswear apparel at Adidas in Europe.
The company expressed their hopes for success taking in account Shumavon’s experience in merchandising and trustworthy record for innovating global brands with brands including Nike, Gap and L Brands.
