British retail giant Asda has, reportedly, extended its partnership with UK-based fashion retailer New Look to 10 stores following a successful trial.
Notably, New Look concessions have been now expanded into eight more stores which are as follows: Livingston (Scotland), Lower Earley (Reading), Gravesend (Kent, Bristol – Bedminster), Mimworth (West Midlands), Grimsby (north-east Lincolnshire), Ellesmere Port (Cheshire) and Milton Keynes (Buckinghamshire).
Here it is important to state that both Asda and New Look had begun the trial back in September 2021 at Asda’s supercentres in Derby (Derbyshire) and Wigan (Greater Manchester).
More on the expansion following the trial, New Look’s spokeswoman said “In line with our omnichannel strategy, earlier this year we partnered with Asda to trial New Look concessions within a select number of its retail ‘destination’ stores.”
She further added that ever since the trial started, there’s been encouraging initial sales reaction, which has now extended the partnership into 10 stores.
New Look was founded in 1969 and sells womenswear, menswear and clothing for teenagers.
