Indian sportswear brand, Aurro Sports, is aiming to enhance the sportswear fabric performance for its products. The brand is moving from heavy jackets to light weight jackets which can be used for different purposes.
Talking exclusively to Apparel Resources, Mohit Singhal, Founder – Aurro Sports, commented, “These jackets can be worn for 5 months (from October to February) in a year due to some fabric advancements in the jackets, whereas normally in India the season for jackets is somewhere around 3 months. Hence, with technological advancement, we are providing customers with the value for their money.”
Being a one-of-its-kind brand in domestic market, Aurro Sports uses 100 per cent imported fabric from Taiwan for its products. The brand is working with fabric suppliers to improve colour fastness, provide better perspiration management and to treat every fabric with UV protection and anti-bacterial properties in order to enhance the performance of apparels.

Additionally, the retailer is also planning to adopt seamless garments as it’s said to be one of the most iconic evolutions in garment manufacturing sector. Aurro Sports has tied up with Hanfor Machinery Co. Ltd and H&H Asia Group Ltd. for seamless garment technology solutions such as, welding and bonding.
“These garments do not have any seams, thus result in less irritation on skin which ultimately provides high seam strength, great level of comfort and better durability than sewn garments,” concluded Mohit.
It’s worth mentioning here that Aurro Sports was started in January 2016 under its parent company ‘Creative Clothex’ – a sportswear and outdoor apparel manufacturer based in Noida, India and currently is available on e-commerce websites. The brand is also planning to capture offline market in near future with its own retail outlet.
