Actor-producer Anushka Sharma has acquired a minority stake in sports footwear and apparel company Agilitas Sports. Sharma’s husband, cricketer Virat Kohli, had already joined Agilitas as a co-investor and business partner last year after ending his long-standing association with German sportswear giant Puma.
Agilitas said Sharma would also collaborate with the company on developing a yoga-wear range under One8, the sportswear franchise brand linked to Kohli.
According to Agilitas co-founder and chief executive officer Abhishek Ganguly, Sharma is partnering with the company through a capital investment while also helping build its yoga-wear business. However, Ganguly did not disclose the financial details of the transaction.
In 2025, Kohli acquired a minority stake in Agilitas for around Rs. 40 crore (US $4.18 million) as part of a wider partnership agreement. The deal also included Agilitas acquiring One8, Kohli’s sportswear brand, as the company sought to strengthen its position in India’s growing athleisure and sportswear market.
Founded in 2023 by former Puma executives Abhishek Ganguly, Atul Bajaj and Amit Prabhu, Agilitas Sports is an Indian sportswear and athleisure platform with a vertically integrated business model. The company operates across the entire value chain, including manufacturing, brand development and direct-to-consumer retail of sports footwear and apparel.
