Reshop, a recently established platform for refunds, has named Steve Madden and lifestyle brand Alo Yoga as two of its initial partners. Both brands want to use the company’s return policy to improve consumer satisfaction.
The idea of Reshop is quicker refunding; by freeing up funds and enabling customers to get their refund right away, it eliminates the waiting period for customers to receive their money back.
Co-founders of “buy now, pay later” service Afterpay, Anthony Eisen and Nick Molnar, as well as other renowned investment firms including Sound Ventures and Mantis VC, have backed the company since its inception.
Eisen, who also serves as chairman of Reshop, emphasised in a release the importance of providing exceptional customer service in the current competitive landscape.
Reshop said it plans to introduce additional men’s and women’s fashion labels to its network of pattern merchants in the coming months.
