
Despite market headwinds and worldwide concerns, denim fabric manufacturer Vishal Fabrics Ltd. reported on Thursday that its profit increased by 13 per cent to Rs. 28.84 crore (US $ 3.37 million) for the fiscal year that ended on 31st March 2025. In the same period last year, the company generated a profit of Rs. 21.13 crore (US $ 2.47 million).
In FY 2024–2025, the Chiripal Group company’s total sales climbed by 5%, from Rs. 1,451.29 crore (US $ 170 million) in FY 2024 to Rs. 1,521.43 crore (US $ 178 million).
According to Dharmesh Dattani, CFO of Vishal Fabrics Limited, the company has maintained consistent development despite industry challenges and worldwide concerns because of its concentration on effectiveness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Through innovation in digital transformation and sustainable production, Vishal Fabrics is bolstering its position in both domestic and international markets, the business claimed in a statement.
Vishal Fabrics Ltd., incorporated in 1985, is a member of the Chiripal Group with its headquarters located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
