“The Board of Directors has authorised a capital expenditure of US $ 41.41 million to boost the processed fabric capacity at Vardhman Fabrics in Budhni, Madhya Pradesh, by about 31 million meters annually,” the firm said in a regulatory filing.
The expansion will be financed by internal accruals or debt and is expected to be finished in two years. Meeting the rising demand for processed fabrics in both domestic and foreign markets is the goal of the expanded capacity.
