Belgium-based The Cotton Group has declared that it has purchased all of the stock in Falk&Ross Group Europe GmbH, one of the biggest providers of promotional clothing in Europe. The deal’s financial details were not disclosed.
In a statement to clients, The Cotton Group’s managing director, Murielle Degeest, stated that the acquisition “marks a significant step in our shared journey towards growth, innovation, and excellence in the textile and wholesale industries.”
According to Degeest, Falk & Ross will continue to operate as a multi-brand wholesaler, sticking to its current business strategy. The companies will function as independent enterprises.
Through the parent company’s existing network of wholesalers, B&C, a business inside The Cotton Group that sells clothing into the promotional market and whose goods are offered by Falk & Ross, will continue to run independently, according to Degeest.
According to Degeest, clients will benefit from the transaction since it will enable Falk & Ross and The Cotton Group to combine their respective areas of expertise to provide more value.
The Cotton Group now has seven professional clothing brands, including Falk&Ross. The remaining businesses include healthcare and service workwear (Clinic & Job Dress, Hejco, Martinson, and Sverre W. Monsen), heavy workwear (Wenaas), and promotional wear (B&C).
According to The Cotton Group, every business has its own management team and headquarters.
