On Wednesday, Industries Minister P. Rajeeve unveiled an online marketplace for the promotion of goods from textile divisions under the Industries Department. The program, which is a component of the State government’s larger plan, attempts to make public sector organisations more profitable and competitive.
Rajeeve noted that the Government’s vision is to ensure that public sector undertakings (PSUs) adapt to changing needs and remain sustainable. He highlighted that 21 PSUs had reported profits this year, reflecting the impact of reforms and the introduction of products aligned with contemporary market demands.

Among these were products from Hanveev, Kerala State Coir Machinery Corporation, Foam Mattings Ltd, Kerala State Coir Corporation, Handicrafts Development Corporation, CAPEX, Keltron, and Keltron Component Complex.
