With over 14 years of leadership experience in HR across leading multinational corporations, Ipshita Fahmin brings a wealth of expertise in organisational transformation, people strategy, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), and cultural alignment. Her regional experience spans South Asia and the Middle East, providing her with a comprehensive perspective on global talent management and cross-cultural leadership.
