In an effort to open up new opportunities for the area’s growth, the Haryana state administration is currently deliberating over a plan to build another footwear park in Jhajjar. The district Government is therefore looking for an appropriate site for this big project.
This was said by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Pradeep Dahiya, during an interview with local media. In addition to industrial growth, he said that the establishment of another footwear park will create new job opportunities.
Notably, Bahadurgarh town is home to an existing footwear park, which hosts a significant number of footwear manufacturing units. It serves as a major employment source for locals and people from other states.
