Japanese apparel brand Uniqlo has further solidified its presence in India with its latest store launch and inauguration of its bi-annual Arigato Festival.
The 15th store of the casualwear brand in the capital city, New Delhi, also marks the start of the Arigato Festival. The festival will continue till 5th December across all Uniqlo stores nationwide and online.
The recently launched festival offers customers significant discounts on popular winter collections. In addition to these enticing offers, Uniqlo will host a variety of in-store activities and introduce new collections, including a collaboration with renowned designer Anya Hindmarch.
Kenji Inoue, Chief Operating Officer of Uniqlo India, expressed enthusiasm about the new store opening and the Arigato Festival, “We are thrilled to extend our Lifewear philosophy to more people through the opening of Uniqlo Pacific Mall Tagore Garden, our ninth store in the Delhi NCR region.”
Inoue further said that this event underscores their dedication to providing “innovative, high-quality apparel that enhances the customers’ daily lives”. The COO also added that the festival is the brand’s expression of gratitude towards their valued customers of the country.
India remains a key market for Uniqlo’s growth strategy. The company aims to achieve a revenue target of Rs 1,000 crore (US $ 118 million) by the 2025 financial year.
