After a two-year absence, French fashion luxury house Lavin makes a comeback at the Paris Fashion Week. The brand is set to reveal its latest collection by late January 2025 and mark the debut of its newly appointed Creative Director Peter Copping.
The new creative director is a seasoned designer with a distinguished career spanning popular fashion houses like Louis Vuitton, Nina Ricci and Sonia Rykiel, among others.
The first collection under his leadership for Lavine is said to reflect the essence of “le Chic Ultime,” a concept coined by the house’s founder, Jeanne Lanvin. The concept is aimed at displaying the ultimate elegance.
The upcoming runway show is reportedly an intimate and exclusive event, showcasing both women’s and men’s ready-to-wear collections for the Autumn/Winter 2025 season in a co-ed format.
This innovative approach reflects Lanvin’s commitment to contemporary fashion and its desire to push boundaries. As Lanvin enters a new era under Copping’s creative direction, the fashion world eagerly anticipates the brand’s reemergence on the global fashion stage.
