Candidates representing the ‘Forum’ group submitted their nomination forms for the upcoming BGMEA elections, recently.
Present during this crucial submission were prominent figures including Faisal Samad, the leader of the Forum panel and former Senior Vice President of BGMEA; Anisur Rahman Sinha and Anwar Ul Alam Chowdhury Parvez, former Presidents of BGMEA; Alamgir Z Rahman and Benajir Ahmed, former Vice Presidents of BGMEA; Engr Nurul Huq, a former Director of BGMEA; Md. Abdus Salam, the former first Vice President of BGMEA and current President of Forum; Asif Ibrahim, the General Secretary of Forum, former President of DCCI, Chittagong Stock Exchange Chairman, and Board Director of BGMEA; Inamul Huq Khan, the Senior Vice President of Forum and Senior Director of BGMEA; Osama Taseer, the Former President of DCCI.
Alongside them were 29 candidates from the Dhaka region and 12 candidates from the Chittagong region representing the Forum panel.
