NewStore, a leading mobile-first unified commerce platform for retail brands, has secured a partnership with the renowned British lifestyle and fashion retailer White Stuff. Although the details of the project are currently limited, since a spokesperson from NewStore has refrained from sharing extensive information at this early stage.
Martin Farrell, Senior Account Executive at NewStore, revealed in a LinkedIn post that White Stuff holds a significant position as a British fashion and lifestyle brand, established by George Treves and Sean Thomas in 1985.
Concurrently, the deal coincides with the appointment of Ben Hoskins as NewStore’s Chief Technology Officer. In his new role, he will oversee the global engineering team of the omnichannel store solution specialist while driving its overarching technology vision, culture, and operations.
NewStore, which operates in 55 countries, offers the NewStore Omnichannel Platform, the sole retail solution featuring POS, OMS, inventory, and fully integrated native shopping apps, all provided as-a-service. The platform has existing partnerships with renowned brands such as G-Star Raw, Ganni, Vince, Burton, Tom Tailor, and others.
White Stuff has also recently launched on BigCommerce, a leading Open SaaS e-commerce platform catering to both fast-growing and established B2C and B2B brands. With a small team managing its e-commerce operations, the brand sought an e-commerce platform capable of supporting an agile, flexible, and fast tech stack to adapt to future needs. The collaboration with NewStore signifies the White Stuff’s commitment to digitalizing its business to a greater extent and delivering a superior customer experience.
