Commerce Minister of Bangladesh Tipu Munshi has expressed hopes Bangladesh’s export earnings would cross US $ 80 billion by 2024.
Media reports maintained this adding Tipu Munshi has underlined the same recently while inaugurating 50 types of online services by the Office of the Chief Controller of Imports and Exports as the Chief Guest to mark Bangladesh’s 50 years of independence.
“We had earlier set an export earnings target of US $ 51 billion in this fiscal year (FY ‘22); now, we are hoping this figure would reach US $ 60 billion in this year and I am hopeful the export earnings would cross US $ 80 billion by 2024,” reportedly, maintained the Commerce Minister.
