The outdoor clothing and lifestyle retailer Mountain Warehouse is here with its marketplace via its website (mountainwarehouse.com).
The British retailer has said that the marketplace will act as a one-stop shop for all outdoor clothing and equipment across a range of brands.
The marketplace, which sells third-party brands like Nike and Donna Cycling, amongst others, is on the lookout for new third-party labels.
Additionally, the marketplace will consist of a dedicated kidswear section as well.
Notably, sellers will be able to gain access to Mountain Warehouse’s 1.7 million active online customers and 600,000 weekly visitors.
It’s noteworthy that once the customer gets ready to check out, they will be able to see a breakdown in their basket between branded products, as well as delivery options.
While each seller will be responsible for shipping and delivery, the retailer is, reportedly, accountable for first-line customer care.
Founded in 1997, Mountain Warehouse has grown from a single outlet store to over 330 stores in the UK, Europe, New Zealand and North America.
