Rudolf partners with Baldwin Technology to elevate textile industry finishing

Rudolf GmbH, a leading chemical solutions provider for the textile industry, has collaborated with Baldwin Technology Inc., to use its TexCoat™ G4 lab scale to offer side-by-side performance testing of traditional “dip and squeeze” padding against precision spray finishing.

Baldwin’s non-contact precision spray technology revolutionises textile finishing by ensuring consistent, high-quality results while minimising chemical waste, water consumption, dilution in wet-on-wet processes, and energy use.

Wet-on-dry processes reduce water consumption by 50 per cent, resulting in lower energy usage and enhanced production speeds.

The TexCoat G4 by Baldwin offers unprecedented control, facilitating consistent quality, quick changeovers with automated chemistry and coverage selection, and adaptable speed adjustments.
