By utilising a ‘Find My Size’ solution provided by Bold Metrics, Pact clients will now be able to swiftly and correctly determine which of the company’s choice items best fits them.
The ‘Find My Size’ solution’s integration tackles a major issue in online clothing shopping: size selection. According to a fascinating Business Insider report, 63 per cent of online garment customers engage in bracketing, which involves buying the same item in numerous sizes with the goal of returning the ones that don’t fit.
Bold Metrics will assist Pact in increasing consumer confidence in choosing the appropriate fit by offering a quick, precise, and simple-to-use online sizing solution. This will lead to a more specialised retail experience that increases conversion while lowering returns because of fit uncertainty.
Through a quick survey, Bold Metrics’ AI technologies determine over 50 different body dimensions for every customer, creating a digital twin of them. For exceptional accuracy in finding a customer’s optimal size in a particular design, these measurements are combined with garment data on a per-style basis. This reduces returns, which is in line with Pact’s commitment to sustainability.
