With the help of Alexa from Amazon, Levi’s is testing a novel Jeans Fit Guide. The denim expert will ask users a number of questions to find their best fit before sending them to Amazon listings, making them the first fashion shop to launch a branded experience on Alexa.
Customers may choose the ideal fit and style of jeans from the comfort of their homes with the help of this interactive voice-driven quiz, which is only available in Germany until the end of December.
Saying “Alexa, starte den Levi’s Fit Guide” to an Alexa-enabled device is all that customers need to do. After that, they are led through a series of questions designed to ascertain their preferences for gender, fit, and style. Customers can choose from 18 different designs of Levi’s jeans for men and women on Amazon, and the fit that best fits each response will be suggested.
Customers can choose to buy the recommended product straight from Levi’s website or in-store, or they can add it to their Amazon basket.
“We’re excited to work with Amazon to improve the experience for Levi’s fans in one of our important European markets and to be the first fashion brand globally to run a Branded Experience on Alexa,” stated Lucia Marcuzzo, managing director Europe at Levi Strauss & Co.
Levi’s Jeans Fit Guide is currently only available in Germany, giving the company the opportunity to “explore how consumers engage with this new feature” in a crucial region. Though “Levi’s is always open to opportunities that could bring more value to fans globally,” there are currently no definite plans for a larger rollout.
