The market for flat knitting machine is saturated, both with expensive European brands, as well as from their cheaper Chinese counterparts. The question remains that how viable is it to enter the market with new brands? Rohit is very positive because of the quality of the machine and the commitment of the company. He believes that after-sales service is an integral part of the sale process itself and it is what makes or breaks a company. The company has a dedicated team of 15 engineers to service the industry.
Zoje-Vikas Flat Knitting machine has many interesting and useful features. Available with comb device and scissors, the machine uses effective movement of motor and sub division control. The gauge varies from, 5G to 16G and it comes in 52 inches and 60 inches knitting width. This fully computerized machine comes in single carriage with triple system and double system.
Although being present in different technologies, Zoje maintains its focus on its core strength, sewing machines. In the short time since its inception, the company has widened its product portfolio to include right balance of basic to automated machines. With an idealism of “Don’t let 1% negligence lead to customers 100% inconvenience”, Zoje has launched Zoje’s ZJ-752-BD an overlock machine with a high-speed of 7,000 SPM. The stopping function of upper and lower needle in the machine allows increasing productivity by approximately 15% for dispensing handling the steering wheel by the operator. The electronic engine embedded with economic BD (Direct-Drive), connected to the main shaft, provides greater flexibility in starting the machine, reaching a level of energy savings of up to 60% compared to conventional engine. As a serger, Zoje BD is much quieter and more economical for stitching light and medium fabrics and can be adapted for sewing lingerie. The machines come with Zoje bookcase with height adjustment that follow the standards of comfort and ergonomics for the operator, and topped Formica wood coated with Mylar.
