It has recently entered into an agreement with Wisconsin (USA)-based Alliance Laundry Systems to not only market but also manufacturer Alliance products for the fast-growing Indian laundry industry.
The overwhelming interest of the visitors in the products on display at the show, proved a great deal about the success of Vertostar series of machines. The versatile machine is suitable for all kinds of washing and dyeing. This machine is hydraulically operated for lifting and unloading and consists of pneumatically operated drains and dual water inlet for hot and cold water. The liquor ratio of this machine is claimed to be the lowest in the world, i.e. 1:4, as such needing both less water as well as less chemicals and bringing down the operation cost. The dual utility of this machine for washing as well as dyeing is also an added advantage for those manufacturers who do not wish to buy 2 machines for 2 different processes.
This machine capable of doing 180 different washes has an effective beating action suitable for doing denim washes. In the past 5 years, since the time this machine was launched, 300 machines have been sold in 40 different countries.
“We have our own laundries as well where we wash around 15,000 to 20,000 pieces per day using these machines,” said Sunder Belani, Director, Ramsons.
Ramsons has got a product for every type of apparel and textile industry. ”Many people outsource stitching, but when it comes to finishing, they want to do it in-house. That’s where the control of quality is,” he further added.
