
Mahlo GmbH + Co KG will be showcasing Mahlo Qualiscan QMS-12, its latest quality measuring system, at Cinte Techtextil China (trade fair for technical textiles & nonwovens) to be held in Shanghai from 2 to 4 September.
The technology using sensors can determine the variables including basic weight, thickness and moisture across the fabric width.
The company will be represented by Frank Fei, along with his team, who will be displaying how the use of technology can help manufacturers increase the efficiency and quality.
The Mahlo Qualiscan QMS-12 features up to five sensors which traverse on robustly constructed measuring frames. These are responsible for collecting the data and transmitting them to interfaces while enabling the nonwoven and technical textile manufacturers to continuously monitor and regulate their product specifications.
The solution sums up as a solution to all the important requirements for the quality-conscious manufacturer of technical textiles and nonwovens.
The booth at the event will also allow its visitors to not just know about the quality measurement technologies, but also about technologies for straightening distortion in woven and knitted fabrics.
