Embodee, provider of 3D solution for apparel and footwear retailers, has announced the availability of beta version of its Orchids platform.
The platform integrates all aspects required for the digital product creation and the full release will be launched in the coming week.
The new development will have features like online collaboration and sharing anytime, anywhere that will help in accelerating the process of development, launch and sales of fashion collection.
The platform will help retailers benefit from high-impact 3D virtual products as online shopping surges in these tough times.
“With increasingly broad 3D adoption in the industry, we saw the growing need for companies to get more out of their 3D product creation investments. As a result, we’ve developed a highly visual online platform that effortlessly connects people and systems, enabling companies to go from creation to sales faster while simultaneously cutting waste and inefficiencies,” said André Wolper, CEO, Embodee.
The platform expands the company’s 12-year mission of encouraging the industry for the digital transformation.
The platform offers easy-to-use features, access to 3D assets in web-browser and increased collaboration between the internal and external team such as vendors and product lifecycle management systems. This also does not require licensing or installing software and has been tested by selected apparel companies.
The company achieved a significant milestone last month with the integration of new capabilities like fluidly rotating 3D product renders, viewing products from any angle in varied lighting conditions, and downloading product imagery in stunning 4K resolution.
