Messe Frankfurt has announced new dates for the next Texprocess and Techtextil fairs. Both the fairs will now concurrently take place from 21 to 24 June 2022 in Germany.
It’s worth noting here that the fairs were postponed in 2020 and were scheduled to be held in 2021 but ongoing COVID-19 uncertainties pushed the dates again.
“We were looking forward to bringing the textile world together again in Frankfurt at Techtextil and Texprocess this May – for the first time and uniquely parallel to Heimtextil. Unfortunately, we have had to bow to the current situation,” said Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH.
The worsening pandemic situation, the current ban on trade fairs in Germany and the continuing international travel restrictions have led the organisers to postpone Techtextil and Texprocess, and to cancel Heimtextil 2021.
With the shift to 2022, both trade fairs will also change their trade fair rhythm for the coming edition and permanently switch to even-numbered years.
A new trade fair date has also already been set for 9-12 April in 2024 after 2022 edition.
