Pursuing the philosophy of “honesty & integrity” Taiwan based Chee Siang Corporation, the proud owners of “Golden Wheel” brand of sewing machines, related automations and the OEM supplier of many leading brands worldwide, is engaged in manufacturing and sale of more than 200 kinds of industrial sewing machines falling into five categories comprising of garments, luggage, shoes, caps and automobile seats combined with furniture. One of the major sewing machine brands with manufacturing facilities in China, Golden Wheel would be participating at the CISMA show, introducing a total of 18 new and upgraded sewing machines and automates for a wide range of sewn products.
Most of the new sewing machines showcased would be post-bed and cylinder single/double needle sewing machines, suitable for heavy duty 3-dimensional applications in shoes, bags and leather goods. The CS-888 series of post-bed sewing machines with step motor control type of feeding, automatic under-bed thread trimming, backtacking and roller presser lifting is available in single and double needle versions. The machines have needle feed along with top/bottom roller feed. Besides the series, other two new high postbed machines with top, bottom and roller feed, would be showcased as a part of the CS-8369MH series. Available in standard and small hook variants, the machines have a post-bed height of 315 mm.
Suitable for shoes and bags, the two new postbed sewing machines the CS-7363D-BT and CS-7364D-BT known for their highly efficient automatic backtacking and under-bed trimming operations, are now equipped with a direct-drive motor. Suitable for taping and binding operations on shoes, purses and bags, the CS-8703V-BT and CS-8713V-BT are single and double needle cylinder bed sewing machines with automatic under-bed trimmer and backtacking. Equipped with unison feed, the machines have horizontal movement of drop feed with standard and large hooks.
Visitors will also get to see the CSA-3834 sleeve setting machine, CSA-3830 series of electronic pattern stitching machine, and the CSP-3025 electronic pocket-setting machine with two interchangeable clamping plates.
