Gurugram will see the National Garment Fair again this July! The Clothing Manufacturers Association of India, better known as CMAI, will be hosting the 69th edition of the National Garment Fair between 15 and 18 July 2019.
Held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Gurugram, the event will feature men’s, women’s and children’s fall/winter clothing and accessories of various national and international brands.
A huge lineup of brands, buyers, retailers and exhibitors, estimated to be over 850, will be attending and participating in the trade fair, with more than 50,000 visitors.
Sponsored by Udaan, a network-centric B2B trade platform, the National Garment Fair is a bi-annual event. Notably, it’s previous edition, which was hosted on 30 and 31 January 2019 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Gurugram, saw 589 brands with 536 stalls showcasing their collections.
Starting at 36,251 INR, the sizes of the exhibit stalls vary from 12 square metres to 56 square metres. A maximum of two stalls can be booked by paying the token advance for each stall which is a minimum of 20 per cent of the stall price.
The CMAI is one of the oldest and the most representative associations of the apparel industry in India. It is the only national association that has its headquarters in Mumbai and branches in Pune, New Delhi and Bengaluru. It offers membership to retail and apparel businesses and provides circulars, news and other privileges to its members.
Business registrations had been previously opened and on 18 June 2019, lots were drawn to assign stalls for the various sections.
