Brother to display new automation and robotics models at Texprocess

Japanese sewing machine, printer and multi-functions-center machine provider Brother is going to exhibit at the upcoming edition of Texprocess, the leading international trade fair for processing textile and flexible materials, taking place from May 14-17, 2019, in Frankfurt, Germany.

The company will be coming up with many new models in automation and robotics, the main focus being on to promote the Bas Nexio Bridge, Bas visio, Robotic system and other products. The Bas Nexio Bridge is the company’s next generation large automatic pattern sewers “bridge type”. It has a sewing area up to 1200×700 mm and features a compact design, that minimizes space utilization on the floor for factories, leading to a higher productivity of 20 per cent. It also features a camera sewing system Bas Visio that allows instant creation of sewing data badges and patches.

Another highlight will be on the robotic systems for the automotive industry, airbags production and other applications. They will demonstrate a robotic system in combination with its BAS Nexio Bridge with an automatic loading of fabric.  Moreover, it will also be displaying customised robot system for example, hanger attaching for ladies wear and several other applications.

Furthermore, the company will also present its range of industry 4.0 solutions by presenting industrial sewing machines of the Nexio generation that allows wireless automatic communication between machine and the internet network.

In addition it will also be displaying the GTX- its next generation of digital direct to garment printers.
