
The Apparel Textile Sourcing Canada (ATSC) event has kicked-off at the Toronto International Centre. The three-day event will see the return of popular China Brand Show. Various high-quality and environment-friendly “Made in China” goods have been kept for display.
The Apparel Textile Sourcing serves as a premier destination that brings together international apparel, textile, fashion and fabric manufacturers and leaders, offering huge networking and business opportunities for participants.
Last year it witnessed thousands of visitors from a wide variety of industries when it made its debut. Since its launch in 2002, the China Brand Show has been a huge success in the United States also.
Accessories, giftware, home electronics, footwear, luggage, housewares and general merchandise are being displayed at the event.
More than 20 countries, including Canada, China, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, US, UK, Turkey, Switzerland, Spain, Nepal and Ukraine have set up around 600 booths. Nearly 47 Indian apparel exporters are participating in the event.
Well known industry experts are likely to explain business knowledge, fashion and trade trends to the audience as part of over 20 lectures and forums scheduled to take place during the exhibition.
During the event, Bob Kirke, Executive Director, Canadian Apparel Federation; Julia K. Hughes, President, U.S. Fashion Industry Association (USFIA); Jeff Streader, global industry veteran and private equity partner and Sun Jiwen, Minister Counsellor, Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s Office of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Canada will share their views on different topics of apparel industry.
