Welspun Group has appointed Rajesh Padmanabhan as the Group Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).

His HR expertise includes Organizational Excellence, Leadership Development, Capability Building, Strategic HR practice, Global Rewards Management, Organizational Design & HR COEs and Shared services.
A US $ 3 billion Welspun Group is growing and Rajesh’s expertise will facilitate Welspun to build world-class leaders and give impetus to HR processes across the Group to build new age people excellence, the Group said in a press release.
