Working to promote garment exports from Rajasthan (India), Garment Exporters Association of Rajasthan (GEAR) now has a new team… Ravi Poddar of Cheer Sagar is the new President of the association, while Mohan Agnani of Jetex and Navin Adwani of The Choice Fashions are the Vice Presidents. Ashok Singhi of GAD Fashion has been elected as General Secretary and Ashish Ahuja of Ultimate Expressions is the Joint Secretary. Vimal Shah of Goodwill Impex is the Treasurer of GEAR, which was established in the year 1978 and now has almost 200 members.

Rajiv Dewan of Ma’am Arts, Zakir Husain of Cotfab India, Amit Maheshwary of Somani Fabrics, Arun Gupta of Kiran Modes and Arun Pugalia of A & A Exports are some of the members of the committee of the association.
“Our first priority is to work and bring together all the garment manufacturers of Jaipur as growth is only possible with collective approach. We will develop Jaipur as a brand in the international market so that business from our hub can grow,” told Ravi Poddar to Apparel Resources.
