Delhi based G-Line Creations, a high-fashion ladies garment manufacturer is planning to go for expansion of its manufacturing capacities. Presently, the company has a 200 machines setup in Patparganj Industrial Area, and by 2013 it will add another 250 machines for which the company would put up a new unit in Greater Noida. Talking about his expansion plans Gaurav Sethi, Proprietor, G-Line Creations shares with Team StitchWorld, “We are not expanding our production line to do volume business rather we are now looking at expanding our buyer base. Our order sizes vary from 500 to 5000 pieces, as we our doing very high-fashion garments and embellished medium-level fashion wear, and we intent to remain with this segment.”
Incorporated in 1997, the company is catering to USA, Canada, Germany and France. “Buyers look at India for value-added products and they expect us to do product developments for them; gone are the days of being just a converter even for the garments which are a little more than basics and we have geared ourselves to deliver accordingly,” concludes Gaurav.
