Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry elects office bearers for 2015

The (DCCI) has new office bearers for 2015. The trade body has elected Hossain Khaled as the President, Humayun Rashid as Senior VP and Shoaib Chowdhury as VP the term. Further, the Board of Directors now has Hossain Aktar, Asif A Chowdhury, Khondakar Abdul Mottalib, Atiq-e-Rabbani, and Osman Ghani who will service as directors for 2015, 2016 and 2017 terms.

Khaled is a BBA graduate from University of Toledo, Ohio and an MBA postgraduate from Texas A&M University of the United States and is currently the Chairman of Bangladesh Finance and Investment Company and City Brokerage Ltd. He is also the managing director of AG Automobiles and Anwar Jute Spinning Mills and has previously served as the DCCI President in 2007-08, Senior VP in 2006 and VPin 2002-03. Humayun Rashid is the MD of Energypack Power Generation Ltd and Shoaib Chowdhury is the MD of SS Vision Limited.
