
A start-up in Bangladesh named ShopUp, which provides B2B services such as sourcing, logistics and financial services to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through its mobile-first digital platform and last-mile logistics service RedX, has raised US $65Β million in Series B4 funding from Valar Ventures and Flourish Ventures.

Keeping with the companyβs Series B3 round, Singaporeβs Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) has added that shares are being issued at about US $ 56 apiece.
It is important to mention here ShopUp was founded in Dhaka in 2016 by Ataur Rahim Chowdhury, Afeef Zubaer Zaman and Siffat Sarwar.
