Arvind Limited has announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary, Arvind Atelier (FZC), in Sharjah, marking its entry into the United Arab Emirates through a Free Zone Company (FZC) structure.
The entity was established on 20th April 2026, with Arvind Limited holding an 80% stake. The subsidiary will operate in the textile trading sector, focusing on ready-made garments and broader textile trading activities.
The FZC structure is expected to offer strategic advantages, including favourable tax conditions, full foreign ownership provisions and simplified regulatory processes, making it an attractive vehicle for international expansion.
The incorporation forms part of Arvind’s broader strategy to strengthen its global presence. The UAE is widely regarded as a key commercial hub providing access to markets across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, positioning the company to tap into new demand corridors.
The selection of Sharjah reflects the emirate’s growing prominence as a regional business destination, particularly for trading and manufacturing-linked enterprises. The move signals Arvind’s intent to expand its international footprint and explore new growth opportunities in overseas markets.
