
Sustainable clothing brand Pangaia has extended its partnership with Nativa, a supplier of sustainable luxury Merino wool. The partnership aims to further promote sustainable farming practices and reduce the environmental impact of wool production.
Under the extended partnership, Pangaia will continue to source Merino wool from Nativa’s certified farms, which are committed to animal welfare and sustainable practices. The partnership also introduces the NativaRegen program, which focuses on improving soil quality through regenerative agriculture practices.

The Nativa partner farm supplying Pangaia’s Merino wool is Cerro Bombero, a family-owned NativaRegen accredited farm in Uruguay, reads a statement. Located 130 km from the city of Paysandú, the farm ethically raises 6,000 Merino sheep in open fields. The farm’s regenerative practices are measured through biogenic carbon and water footprint testing, ensuring that its positive impact on the environment is continuously monitored.
