Indian activewear brand TechnoSport, has appointed Sachin Tandon as its Chief Planning & Supply Chain Officer, to scale its manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
Tandon will oversee end-to-end planning, supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and overall coordination across functions. He will work closely with the company’s ongoing expansion across retail channels and strengthen operational efficiency as demand for activewear grows in India.
Prior to this, he led planning and supply chain operations for Easybuy at Landmark Group, where he built data-driven inventory and assortment systems and managed end-to-end logistics and network optimisation.
Earlier, he was part of the founding team at VIRGIO as Head of Business, contributing to building a tech-enabled fashion brand. He also spent over six years at Myntra and handled category planning, inventory operations, and customer experience, including managing large-scale merchandise planning and supply chain processes.
Before that, he held multiple leadership roles at Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail (Madura Fashion & Lifestyle), where he worked across supply chain planning, retail planning, and merchandising for brands like Allen Solly and Van Heusen, focusing on inventory optimisation, merchandise planning, and retail performance.
The brand currently operates 50 Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across India, with a broader ambition to scale its retail footprint to around 128 stores by 2027. The brand offers a product portfolio across men’s, women’s, and kids’ categories including t-shirts, shirts, shorts, track pants, jackets, tights, and sports bras, with prices starting at Rs 450.
Technosport is aiming to surpass Rs. 1,000 crore (US $107 million) in revenue in the next financial year. The company had closed FY ’25 with revenue of approximately Rs. 400 crore (US $43.13 million) and expected to reach Rs. 600 crore (US $64.69 million) in FY ’26.
