Womenβs innerwear and shapewear startup Krvvy has raised Rs. 1.2 crore (US $ 132,000) in exchange for a 3% equity stake on business reality show Shark Tank India, valuing the company at Rs. 40 crore (US $ 4.04 million).
Founded in 2023 by Yash Goyal and Anant Bhardwaj, Krvvy operates in the womenβs innerwear and shapewear segment, with a focus on function-led design, fit and inclusivity. The brand aims to address everyday comfort requirements and persistent sizing gaps among Indian consumers.
Krvvy highlighted strong demand from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, attributing this to extensive focus group testing and product-market alignment. Its portfolio includes innerwear, shapewear, bodysuits and accessories, designed specifically for Indian body types and offered at accessible price points. The products are manufactured using a fabric blend of 65% polyamide and 35% spandex, which the investors noted for its quality and finish.
The company said the fresh capital would be used to accelerate new product launches, strengthen distribution and establish experience-led offline stores over the next year. The investment marks an early growth milestone for Krvvy as it seeks to expand its presence in Indiaβs innerwear and shapewear market.
