
Primark, the renowned Dublin-based fashion retailer, plans to open 8 new stores in Italy, thereby opening job opportunities for over 2,000 people.
Notably, the launch of 8 new stores will increase the total number of Primark stores in Italy to 14.
As per media reports, all the 8 stores will start trading only by the end of 2022. However, the first of the aforementioned stores will open this summer in the Roma Est Shopping Centre.
There’s more planned for 2021 as well! By the end of the year, the fashion retailer will be launching 2 stores at Megalò Shopping Centre in Chieti and in Centro Sicilia Shopping Centre in Misterbianco.
The stores to open in 2022 will be located in Shopville Gran Reno (Casalecchio di Reno, Bologna),Campania Shopping Centre (Marcianise, Caserta), Shopville Le Gru (Grugliasco, Turin) and Nave De Vero Shopping Centre (Marghera, Venice).
Additionally, another store will come up next year at Via Torino (Milan), which will also house Primark’s new regional office in the country.
The 8 stores will showcase the best of fashion for men, women and kids, which also include footwear, fashion accessories and lingerie, amongst others.
Besides, the stores will also display all Primark products that are made of eco-friendly, recycled and organic materials.
Founded in 1969, Primark is known for selling apparels at prices below those typically charged.
