Value fashion retail giant Primark recently announced the opening of two new stores: one at The Florida Mall in Orlando, Florida, and another at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
The Orlando store is set to open on 29th August, welcoming shoppers to over 36,200 square feet of retail space. This location, Primark’s first two-story store, will feature an entire floor dedicated to Disney fans. The Disney product range includes collections celebrating the 30th anniversary of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ ‘The Lion King,’ as well as items featuring Disney’s Lilo & Stitch, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and more.
“Florida is a pillar of our expansion into the Southern US market. We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to bring ‘Primania’ to Orlando shoppers and accommodate the growing demand for high-quality, value-priced styles that everyone will love,” said Kevin Tulip, president of Primark US.
Following closely on the heels of the Orlando opening, Primark will open a new store at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets in Auburn Hills, Michigan, on 12th September. This will be Primark’s first store in Michigan, offering Detroit-area shoppers over 36,600 square feet of retail space.
These new openings will bring Primark’s US store count to 27, spanning 11 states, and more than 450 stores globally.
