
Amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Pepe Jeans aims to bolster its digital business, for which it is looking forward to provide a seamless omnichannel customer experience and boost its retail presence in India.
The global denim and casualwear brand has collaborated with Asia’s leading e-commerce platform Ace Turtle to achieve the aforementioned goal.
With this partnership, Pepe Jeans intends to use Ace Turtle’s technology in order to grow its customer base in the country as well as add new shoppers to its customer list.
Manish Kapoor, CEO, Pepe Jeans shared how the company realised the relevance of online shopping amidst the safety scare spread by the deadly virus, and thus went on to build an omnichannel strategy.
