Collaborating with four Native American designers from different tribes and regions across the country, Paul Frank’s fashion venture “Paul Frank Presents” blends tribal aesthetic with contemporary fashion. The collection, taking cue from the ethnic American culture, encompasses a tote bag, hand-beaded sunglasses, graphic tees and Hama bead jewellery. Dustin martin who is originally a graphic T-shirt designer form Navajo tribe, has developed prints inspired from his tribe’s culture and the famous Paul Frank character, Julius. The collection, in partnership with the Institute of American Indian Arts and Museum of Contemporary Native Arts (MoCNA), is scheduled to unveil in August 2013.
