
Leading e-commerce company Meesho has announced a 11-day companywide break for its employees from 22 October to 1 November.
This βReset and Rechargeβ initiative of the company will allow the employees to completely unplug from work and put their mental well-being on priority.
This initiative is for the second year in a row.
The company said in a statement the 11-day break is a reflection of the companyβs continued commitment towards building a people-centric workplace, one that truly looks after its employees.
Meesho says the βReset and Rechargeβ initiative will βshow the way for other companies to adopt similar βemployee-first practicesβ.
