
Macy’s Inc., mid-range chain of department stores is starting omni channel strategies and technologies encompassing stores, online and mobile. This initiative also include piloting same-day delivery, smart fitting rooms, testing new POS technology, customer service enhancements and expanding its use of RFID to fashion categories. Terry J.
