American denim and lifestyle brand Lucky Brand has entered the Indian market through Confluxe, a Bengaluru-based, tech-led omnichannel retail platform, marking the latter’s second brand launch in the country. The development was announced on LinkedIn by Louis Coucke, Co-Founder of Confluxe.
For the Indian market, the brand will offer designs based on its established American aesthetic, with fits adapted to Indian consumers. Its denim range features different washes, vintage-inspired finishes and casual silhouettes.
Founded in Los Angeles in 1990, Lucky Brand is known for its denim, vintage-inspired designs and casualwear. Its product range includes jeans, apparel, footwear and accessories.
“Lucky Brand was founded in Los Angeles and is known for its vintage American influences and focus on individuality. For India, the fits have been adapted to local consumers while retaining the brand’s established design identity,” said Louis Coucke, Co-Founder of Confluxe.
Lucky Brand’s entry comes as international fashion labels continue to explore opportunities in India. The market offers scope for brands to introduce their global collections while accounting for local consumer preferences, including fit, styling and everyday wear requirements.
